CERTAIN DEATH FOR SURE!!!! Most disturbing thing is that I think it’d be worth it…
This wasn’t going to get posted, but then you said that brilliant thing and now it’s getting posted for the world to see. Basically, so that anyone who stumbles upon this gets feels and then if it happens, they will know they read it first out of you, and if it doesn’t, they will hate EVERYTHING EVER because in what world does Comic Con NOT have a LOST reunion??
I’ve just realised… TEN YEARS!!!!! How does that even happen?? I started around season 2, but still, ten years?
Just put it on!
Get up, Oliver.
I couldn’t watch Arrow's “Three Ghosts” yesterday cause at first I had no internet, and then I decided it was better to leave it for today, since I had a final this morning. The idea was that it would cheer me up if I did bad, or help me celebrate if I did well. I did well (9 in Phonetics, YAY!) so I was coming home all excited, and, as it turns out, I was not fucking ready for this episode at all, and the “celebratory” part was pretty relative.
First of all, when Laurel mentioned him, I was just all sdfghjkl BUT I didn’t know the name of the episode (I don’t even watch the promos, say-no-to-spoilers!) so it wasn’t until Diggle told Ollie that he had to figure out what they were trying to say that I thought “WHAT IF?”
AND THEN TOMMY FUCKING SHOWED UP.
And the tears started happening, and I tried to recover, like that’s ever gonna happen, but it was useless. Tommy said all the right things as I kept crying, and Oliver got up and kicked some serious butt, and then he saved Roy unlike Tommy (Shado and Slade (or so he thinks)) and my heart!!!!!!
It was so darn perfect, I can’t even talk about it without going crazy/tearing up/smiling like an idiot!!! Tommy was my favourite character from the get-go, his relationship with Oliver, finding out about him and his father, and dealing with it were some of my favourite moments from season 1. I was SOOOO thrilled that they’d included him in the intro, along with what he meant for Ollie and how his death affected him. I kept waiting for him to be back, but I wasn’t expecting it NOW, and surprises like this one are the best ever!!!
But now he’s gone again… Can he stay around telling Ollie nice things? Or to anyone else, really? Can he get a spinoff where he goes around helping people find their inner strength/motivation, while being a hot ghost who wears a blue shirt because why wouldn’t you want to bring out your eyes in the after-life too? Can I have this, please? I mean, they should at least consider it…
Well, as if Tommy’s return wasn’t enough (IT TOTALLY WAS!!!), the rest of the episode was freaking outstanding. I mean, I think I clapped, cheered, cried, screamed, and more in those 40-something minutes than I had in a long time! Best episode this season, and maybe even the best ever.
best of sam matthews → “dead or alive”
I made a decision when it comes to Emma.
